Selling up!

We are sure that many of you will have heard by now of our decision to sell the business. It has not been easy – we have lived and breathed (and eaten!) The Craigmyle Cheese Company for the past four years and we know we have created really special cheeses and a really special team that work for us. However, we have reached a stage where we need to increase production and we cannot do that from our current facilities. Neil and I have thought long and hard about scaling up and moving the business elsewhere but we do not want to do that – we have both held down 'other' jobs over the past four years which has been hard enough – a facility somewhere other than where we live would bring even more pressures.

As I write we are speaking to several interested parties and we very much hope that we will be reporting shortly that the company and the cheeses will continue.

We have ceased production and have limited stocks available right now.

Many thanks for everyone’s support over the past few years. It's been an amazing experience!
