Aged for four months, our Learney cheese is an interesting looking mould ripened cheese.
The nutty taste has been compared to Tomme de Savoie.
The complete cheeses come in several different sizes from 700g up to 1.5kg.
We have to admit that we 'discovered' this cheese by accident when we mould ripened a Morven
that wouldn't wax. Learney is now one of our most popular choices!
